1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
Original packaging, tags, certificates, and documentation must be included
The watch must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Customized or special-order watches
Items marked as final sale
Watches that have been worn, resized, or modified
Products returned without original packaging or documentation
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method (via Stripe)
Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to process depending on your bank
4. Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of up to 10% may apply to certain returns. This will be clearly communicated before purchase.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges on a case-by-case basis, depending on product availability.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Provide clear photos and your order details
We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost
7. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method
Aurora Tech Venture is not responsible for items lost during return shipping
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may delay resolution and will be disputed with supporting evidence.
